The Est\u00e1dio do Morumbi or simply Morumbi Stadium is located within S\u00e3o Paulo in Brazil. It is the home ground of S\u00e3o Paulo Futebol Clube and has a capacity of over 67,000. The stadium was originally developed in 1960 and underwent a major renovation during the 1990s to refurbish its facilities and further increase seating capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As one of the largest soccer stadiums in the Southern Hemisphere, The Morumbi has played host to several prestigious soccer matches including games at the 1970 FIFA World Cup, the Copa Libertadores and even the FIFA Club World Cup. In Capital city Brasilia lies Brazil’s second largest stadium and one of the largest soccer stadiums in the Southern Hemisphere. The Est\u00e1dio Nacional Man\u00e9 Garrincha is aptly named after legendary Brazilian footballer Garrincha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The arena has a capacity of nearly 73,000 and was built in 1974. The Est\u00e1dio Nacional Man\u00e9 Garrincha is currently home of the Bras\u00edlia FC and has previously hosted the 2019 Copa America.
