The midfielder<strong> <\/strong>featured predominantly for domestic league club Stal Mielec along with spells at Belgian side Lokeren and Mexico\u2019s Atlante. He made 404 senior appearances and scored 145 goals.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lato finished as the Polish Premier League top scorer twice and Polish Soccer player of the Year. He made his international debut in 1971, claiming 100 caps and scoring a total of 45 goals. He earned 80 caps for his country and scored 24 times.
