7. Tottenham Hotspur<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

Last season, newly appointed manager Ange Postecoglou guided Tottenham Hotspur to fifth spot in the Premier League. James Maddison, Pedro Porro, and Micky van Der Ven all starred as Spurs secured their place in the Europa League.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The London club has signed 18-year-old Central Midfield Archie Gray from Leeds for nearly \u00a335 million and Lucas Bergvall of Swedish side Djurg\u00e5rden for just over \u00a38 million. This campaign Postecoglou will be looking for his team to improve in terms of League position and gain Champions League qualification. Left-back Lewis Hall has joined the Geordies from Chelsea for a fee of almost \u00a328 million along with Nottingham Forest Goalkeeper Odysseas Vlachodimos for nearly \u00a320 million. Howe will aim for Champions League soccer this coming campaign after a taste of the competition last season. Newcastle United are at 28\/1 to win the Premier League. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Manchester United <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

Last campaign Manchester United managed only an eighth-place finish under Erik ten Hag and the club\u2019s poorest league performance since their relegation back in 1974. It did prove however a breakthrough season for the likes of Kobbie Mainoo, Alejandro Garnacho, and Rasmus Hojlund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Red Devils have signed Frenchman Leny Yoro from Lille for over \u00a350 million and Dutch winger Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna for a fee just shy of \u00a340 million. With a new contract in hand, Ten Hag will be aware that anything outside the top four would be deemed a massive failure yet United are in the mix for a title challenge. The odds of them being crowned league Champions are 25\/1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Chelsea<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

Departed manager Mauricio Pochettino salvaged Chelsea\u2019s disaster campaign as the Blues somehow soared from the bottom half of the table to snatch sixth yet ultimately missed out on European competition. The season\u2019s star was undoubtedly Cole Palmer along with the splendid solidity of Conor Gallagher and the raw directness provided by striker Nicolas Jackson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall\u2019s arrival from newly promoted Leicester for nearly \u00a330 million is their most notable acquisition so far with promising Barcelona forward Marc Guiu for a paltry \u00a35 million also intriguing. New Blues boss Enzo Maresca brought former employer Leicester back into the Premier League and is now expected to achieve a top-four finish or ideally a charge for the League title. Chelsea are at odds of around 18\/1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Liverpool<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

Last season Jurgen Klopp\u2019s final campaign ended with Liverpool in third having faltered during the final weeks of the campaign. Hungarian Dominik Szoboszlai, World Cup-winning Alexis MacAllister, and the emergence of young full-back Conor Bradley all highlight. The Reds have no major signings but will welcome back F\u00e1bio Carvalho following the end of his loan spell at Hull City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fans will be hopeful that new manager Arne Slot can challenge for the League title. However, it will be a hard task in the Dutchman’s first season with Arsenal and Manchester City fielding elite squads guided by experienced managers. Liverpool sit at odds of approximately 15\/2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Gunners have failed to complete any big business so far. David Raya\u2019s loan move from Brentford has been made permanent for a fee of almost \u00a330 million and left-back Kieran Tierney returns from a stint at Real Sociedad. Mikel Arteta will demand his team finally overcome rivals Manchester City to claim the Premier League title having come so agonisingly close over the last two seasons in particular.
